

My name is Megan Harville. As a child, my sole form of fitness was distance running. With time, I learned that sticking with a single monostructural movement and nothing more was not going to help me meet my goals or fix my back pain. In my early twenties, my doctor told me the only way to improve my back issues was to strengthen my core. Challenge accepted! As a young adult, I developed a passion for core strength and conditioning. I hit the ground running, and I haven’t looked back. Once I gained more experience in my personal fitness journey, I realized that I found joy in sharing my knowledge with others.
It can be incredibly overwhelming to walk into a gym with no direction, scramble to find any equipment that looks familiar to you, and perform only those movements. I know, I’ve been there! But when you do that, you do not learn new things, you do not challenge yourself, and—most importantly—you have no idea if you are performing the movement safely. That is where I come in! I have 10+ years of experience with coaching functional fitness to all skill levels. Everyone has to start somewhere. You will not be “gripping and ripping” a barbell with me. We will learn every movement correctly. I meet each client where they are at. My number one concern in every session with every client is safety. I will break each new movement down to it’s simplest form. Once you have mastered the basics, I will begin to challenge you more and more as your form improves.
We will have fun and we will work hard. You will discover that you are more capable than you expected. The best part of my job is watching my clients’ confidence grow as we spend more time together and they are able to progress in their own fitness journey. My goal is to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself both physically and mentally so you are able to live a long, high quality life. Please, don’t hesitate to reach out.
